Ningbo Merlin Plastic Mould Making Co., Ltd. is a Sino US joint venture specializing in the development and manufacture of injection moulds and the processing and production of plastic products. The company is jointly funded by the Yuyao Shun God electrical and Plastic Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which has twenty years' experience in the development and manufacture of injection moulds, and MERLIN ALLTEC company in the United States. The American company is also a high-tech enterprise for professional product design and mold manufacturing. It can provide technical support, staff training and overseas die and mold service for Meiling.
The company is the Ningbo branch of the mold Research Institute of Hunan University and the teaching practice base of the mould specialty. It is also a member of the China mould association, the Ningbo mould association and the vice president of the Yuyao mould association. The automobile black box, mini machine and 72 inch TV shell have been evaluated by the expert group of the China mould association as "the international advanced mould".
The company is located in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, conveniently located in the city of Shanghai, about 160 kilometers away from Ningbo. It is only 40 kilometers away from Ningbo. The existing standard workshop of the company is about 20000 square meters. With advanced high-speed CNC processing center, EDM and other processing equipment, and all kinds of injection machines from 50 tons to 3600 tons, can provide product design, mold design and manufacture, test mold, production, two processing, spray paint, assembly and other integrated whole service.
